At SiteREADY, bridging the gap between Corporate Real Estate and IT starts with retaining top workplace technology professionals to execute our Consulting, Design and Project Management services.

Celebrating her five-year work anniversary at SiteREADY in July 2019, Laura Lopez has grown tremendously from her starting position as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant in 2014. Laura became Office Manager in 2015 and began helping our accounting department in 2016. She proved to be a fast learner and great asset to our accounting team, adding Accounting Clerk to her title in 2017 while still doubling as Office Manager. All the while, she was working toward her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management, which she earned that same year.

“Laura’s hard work and dedication are visible every day,” said Brenda McClure, HR Coordinator at SiteREADY. “Everyone respects her—and also knows that she can either answer or find the answer to any question they might have surrounding our office and accounting functions.”

Laura was promoted to Staff Accountant in 2018 and is now the head of our accounting department, overseeing two other staff members. Here’s what she had to say about her journey to this point:

What is your favorite thing about working at SiteREADY?

I truly enjoy the atmosphere. We are all working together to get the job done!

What are the changes you’ve seen in the last five years being at SiteREADY? 

I began working at SiteREADY when the company had less than 20 employees; we now have more than 65 employees! With growth, there is always change, whether to our processes or simply expanding our offices. It has been exciting to see how we have evolved throughout the years and how we continue to expand.

Your favorite memory to date working for SiteREADY? 

There are so many great memories that come to mind during the last five years, but one of my favorites is volunteering with Habitat for Humanity. We helped with building a house for a family. It was such a great experience to be a part of that, knowing that we all came together and worked to provide a home for a family in need.
