SiteREADY is thrilled to announce the addition of Kim Norvell to the Project Management Team. Her responsibilities will include handling technology and infrastructure projects for large furniture retail stores as well as supporting various other SiteREADY clients’ corporate office build outs and technology renovations.

Kim attended New Mexico State University and furthered her education by obtaining the Novell Certifications from Lanop Corporation, she has also completed the courses for two Nice Certifications and attended the CCNA Bootcamp.

Kim has worked in the technology industry for more than 15 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge on board. During her role as Vice President of Global Voice Operations at CitiGroup, Kim was responsible for supporting the North American and Canada Trade Floor Nice Voice Recording infrastructure, as well as supporting for the LATAM regions. Prior to CitiGroup, Kim worked with Network Services Operations at PwC and served on the Learning Advisory Board to develop the Learning Roadmap and Matrix for Service Delivery Network operations.
