SiteREADY recently concluded a technology upgrade of a Fortune 500 company’s office space in San Jose, California. The five week long project included a complete audio visual refresh in the office’s 14 conference rooms.
The scope of work included adding an integrated audio system with ceiling mounted speakers and microphones, allowing for higher quality sound; touch panels to control the AV system and audio conferences; and LCD displays. The project team leaders were SiteREADY’s Kevin Schmidt, Tony Roberts and Rick Romano, who served as Infrastructure Engineering Leads, and Cameron Hickerson, Project Coordinator.
“Keeping the audio visual capabilities of a conference room up to date is extremely important,” said Kevin Schmidt. “It gives employees the tools they need to be forward thinkers and innovators in this day and age.”
