SiteREADY recently concluded the temporary relocation of a client’s office space in Columbus, OH. The 20,000 sq. ft. swing space is temporary until the second phase of their original office renovation and upgrades are completed.
The scope of work included re-certifying cabling, installation of the Main Data Frame equipment; including ASR, 2 switches, new wireless network and security. Phase 1 also included the installation of new cabling for wireless access points and IP cameras.
The project team leaders were SiteREADY’s Tony Roberts, who served as Infrastructure Engineering Lead, and Mike Gizzi, Project Manager.
“In association with renovating the existing office space which includes a complete upgrade to the network infrastructure and technology equipment, SiteREADY and partners seamlessly relocated the entire office personnel to a temporary office space until their new office build-out was completed. This is targeted for late 2015,” said Tony Roberts. “The network implementation included upgraded circuits, VoIP equipment, and a complete security system; all performed under an extremely tight time frame. The network cutover and personnel transition was proven successful!“
