SiteREADY has completed Phase II in the build out of a client’s new 70,000 square foot state-of-the-art facility in Tampa, FL. This phase included the build out of two floors which will contribute to housing 579 new employees, all of who will provide information technology and marketing, as well as business and finance support to the company’s biopharmaceutical business.

The scope of work included technology design, low voltage cabling, security, sound masking, construction infrastructure lead services, and project management. Additional scopes that were added to the project consisted of security property gate design, traffic study and board hearings, cable mining, cable pathway identifications, and the installation of revolving doors and speed pass lanes. SiteREADY monitored construction over several project milestones while working in coordination with project partners.

The project team leaders were SiteREADY’s Project Manager, Brent Melton and Infrastructure Engineering Lead, Steve Mohr.“We are pleased our client continued to utilize us throughout Phase II of their project,” said Steve Mohr. “The added security features throughout the building will allow better surveillance and traffic flow inside and outside the office”.
