Building a new home takes time and money, but seeing a family get the keys to a home you helped build is very inspiring. The employees of SiteREADY devoted the day of April 22, 2015 to give back to the local community. With a team in Oldsmar and one in Clearwater, FL employees contributed in all aspects of building and refinishing homes for those in need.
From installing hurricane proof shutters, cabinets and shelving, to painting and adding the finishing touches, the SiteREADY Teams helped Habitat for Humanity on their road to success. As part of the company’s commitment to service and community involvement, SiteREADY coordinates a paid day off semiannually to give their employees the chance to volunteer their time with a local charity.Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with struggling low-income families and individuals to engage community volunteers, along with corporate, civic and faith organizations to help build and renovate decent, affordable housing.
“Habitat for Humanity was a great way for us to get involved in our local community. It gave each member of our team a chance to work together on a project with a common goal for a deserving family,” said SiteREADY’s Managing Principal, Ryan Clarke.
