SiteREADY provided technology project management services during the infrastructure upgrade of our client’s new 3,500 square-foot space. This three month long project accommodating 20 employees was completed in December 2014. This included new upgraded network equipment to match the company-wide technology standards following an acquisition.
The scope of work included upgrading the existing low-voltage cabling, updating the main data frame build out with a new rack, installing new network equipment and circuits; as well as all other electrical requirements. SiteREADY monitored construction over several project milestones while working in coordination with project partners.
The project team leader was SiteREADY’s Steve Mohr, who served as Project Manager.
