Company Earns Recognition Through Employee-Driven Survey and Named Best Place to Work in Professional Services

‍The Business Intelligence Group (BIG), a business and awards program organization, has recognized SiteREADY, a technology integration professional services firm, as one of their Best Places to Work. The organization created the award this year to recognize companies that are creating a fun and engaging work environment for their employees.

Researchers, including Gallup, have determined that employee satisfaction and engagement are key indicators for employee productivity and customer satisfaction, which ultimately results in profitability and growth.

Nominations for the inaugural Best Places to Work award were submitted in April. Current and former SiteREADY employees were then asked to rate the company online. The BIG used a proprietary scoring system that included not only the employee ratings, but also online reviews and judges’ scorings. More than 80% of SiteREADY employees voted and rated a perfect 5 out of 5 stars.
