SiteREADY’s Meeting Connections Team has been chosen to provide IT project management services for a Fortune 500 company’s on-boarding and training conferences in Atlanta, GA.
Working directly with the meeting stakeholders, SiteREADY’s Meeting Connections team is responsible for coordinating all technology requirements with the venue, and local vendors, to ensure seamless technology functionality during the events. The key to each meeting’s success will be SiteREADY’s organization of an on-site help desk to provide immediate support for any technology issues that may arise. Providing the meeting’s attendees with a “white glove” level of support allows the Client to utilize their time more efficiently, and leverage technology more effectively, during the meeting.
David Pope, Meeting Connections’ Project Coordinator, will work directly with the Client during the process, and will be providing support oversight during the various events.“With numerous employees joining an organization simultaneously, it’s imperative to have a central location for everyone to become familiar with company policies and technology,” said Pope. “Giving the Client the ability to operate technologically from a hotel conference center in the same manner they would if they were in their own office, allows them to on-board and train new employees faster; saving time and money.”
