Building on past success and preparing for forecasted future internal and external growth, SiteReady, a national leading provider of outsourced technology implementation services, announced today a new organization model and enhanced leadership team. With the recent hire of Senior Vice President of Solutions, Dan Heckman, internal adjustments were required in order to support the future accomplishments of the Solutions Department.

The company announced today the following leadership changes:

• Dylan McCrory promoted to Senior Vice President – Service Delivery
  
  In his previous role of Head of Business Development since 2012, McCrory was often tasked with not only building relationships with current and prospective clients, but also establishing processes and procedures to fully build SiteREADY's “end-to-end” methodology. As SVP – Service Delivery, he will now be responsible for designing a winning strategy for the company, overseeing directors and managers, measuring the results of the strategy and methodology, and ensuring the broad strategic vision of the CEO is communicated accurately and effectively to team members.

• Amy Van Ness promoted to Controller
  
  A team member of SiteREADY since 2012, Van Ness has previously been responsible for various accounting and financial tasks as well as overseeing the accounting and administrative teams. With her new role as Controller, she will oversee all aspects of Accounting and Finance operations, continue to manage administrative and accounting teams, and will support the CEO by producing financial and various other key reports and presentations.
