SiteREADY is pleased to announce the hiring of Rick Mullins as Vice President of Workplace Technology Strategies, effective January 1, 2020.

A leader in the workplace technology industry, Mullins will be responsible for providing strategic advisory services in SiteREADY’s workplace technology consulting practice as well as working with the company’s leadership team to continuously enhance its technology delivery and develop new solutions for clients.

“We have a great opportunity to leverage, and build upon, our existing platform to provide our services and solutions at scale,” said Dylan McCrory, SiteREADY’s Co-Managing Principal. “Rick is the ideal candidate to add to our leadership team to help us capitalize on SiteREADY’s opportunity for continued growth; and to enhance our market-leading position in the workplace technology services space.”

Mullins joins SiteREADY following a distinguished tenure at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), where he developed and led the firm’s Workplace Technology Delivery organization in the U.S. while pioneering an integrated delivery model that blended the design and build-out of technology solutions with commercial construction throughout the project life cycle.

After continued success, Mullins found himself coaching several of PwC's global territories on creating their own delivery framework. Seeing a gap in the market, he started his own business providing integrated delivery consulting for client PMOs, project management teams, and process development.  

Prior to his time at PwC, Mullins gathered his experience and expertise working for such organizations as Honeywell, IKON Technology Services, and the Department of Energy’s Nuclear Weapons Complex.
